To this end, AERODOM contracted LATAM LOGISTICS to design, implement and operate the Baggage Handling System (BHS) for Las Americas International Airport.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The consulting services provided included:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>On-site Evaluation:<\/strong> An on-site visit was conducted to evaluate the current system to gain a better understanding of the building and how to implement the new system.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Estimation of the future flight plan:<\/strong> Based on the current flight plan, growth estimation and airport statistics data, LATAM LOGISTICS developed a flight plan for the horizon year.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>BHS\/HBS design and engineering:<\/strong> Criteria for the design and engineering of BHS and HBS systems that comply with both international industry standards and local regulations. In order to comply with regulations while ensuring cost-effectiveness.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Tender documentation and support for supplier selection:<\/strong> The consulting team generated documentation, including reports, technical specifications, general and detailed schematics, and budget, for the BHS and HBS systems as part of the project.
