Aena hired LATAM LOGISTICS to provide specialized consulting services for the BHS upgrade project at Barcelona-El Prat Airport, in compliance with ECAC Standard 3.

Consulting services:

• Preliminary design of the updated BHS: Integration of operational and structural improvements, including support for new EDS units and enhanced decision-making efficiency.​
• Bidding documentation: Preparation of detailed technical drawings, reports, and quantity estimates to ensure optimal solution selection.
• Tender support and supervision: Technical assistance throughout the awarding process and full implementation supervision to ensure a smooth operational transition.
