• Initial study: Detailed analysis of the current layout of filters and waiting areas, identifying critical points and bottlenecks affecting passenger flow.
• Final design: Once the data was obtained, a strategic redistribution of security filters and queuing areas was designed, maximising the use of available space and minimising waiting times.
