  • User manual: A comprehensive user manual has been produced to guide the user step by step through the process of using the tool.
  • Training: LATAM LOGISTICS moved to Bogotá to carry out comprehensive in-person training, ensuring that OPAIN staff fully understood the use of the application and could effectively take advantage of all its capabilities.
